About the Program
The Led Training Program is a 3-month discipleship and leadership journey created for women actively serving in their local Christian church who desire to live a life of holiness and impact. This invitation-only program equips participants with biblical foundations, organizational knowledge, and practical tools to serve, discipline, and lead with purpose through Led Ladies as we minister to our clients, God’s people.
What to Expect
Participants will:
Learn the foundational beliefs and mission of Led Ladies
Deepen their understanding of the Bible and discipleship
Clarify expectations of service and accountability
Engage in outreach initiatives and organizational planning
Share their personal testimony of meeting Jesus and living a life of faith
Requirements for Participation
Must be an actively serving member of a local Christian church
Provide church name, current volunteer role, and testimony
Submit one church referral and one personal reference
Provide proof of prior volunteer service
Explain how you are a good fit for the program and Led Ladies’ mission
Why Join
This program is more than training—it’s an opportunity to be empowered according to God’s purpose, to give back through outreach, and to grow as a disciple-maker. Participants will also join a community of sisters who strengthen and uplift one another in Christ. Upon completion, each woman will provide feedback and prayerfully discern her best alignment with God’s calling and unique skillset, ensuring she is positioned well within Led Ladies.
